So, today I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to go for the day. Then I looked over at my phone and realized why. I had slept in until 9:30! And I was super late to work at that point. Luckily my boss is awesome and doesn't care if I come in at 7 AM or if I come in at 1 PM, so I guess it's not that big of a deal. Anyway....
That's weird, I thought.... Devin usually wakes me up in the morning....?
I looked over and he was sleeping like a rock. He must have been up late last night. I brushed it off, got ready. I walked back in the room and Devin was up so we chatted for a minute about last night. He told me he couldn't sleep so he was playing video games, and apparently I had gotten up in the middle of the night, walked in to our living room, and had a conversation with him:
"Who's in our bed with me?"
No answer. (I guess Devin was a little weirded out at this point, and cracking up at the same time- I can only imagine what I looked like and sounded like...) Then, apparently I walked back to our room, and came back to Devin to report:
"Oh I figured it out, no one is in bed with me."
Then I went back to bed. When Devin finally went to sleep, he said I was trying to talk to him again, but I was making no sense.
Oh the joys of sleep-talking and sleep-walking. So glad I could put a ring on it before Devin realized what he was going to be sleeping next to for the rest of his life! (mwah-hah-ha, evil laugh)
